Africa Maps and Travel Guides produce maps and guide books for national parks, conservation areas, game reserves and regions of interest in Botswana, Tanzania and Kenya and also two guides to the flowers, trees and shrubs found in the Okavango Delta.

The field guides contain a wealth of information about the local people, the land and its fauna and flora. Richly illustrated with good quality photographs, these field guides are indispensable companions for the traveller looking for information ranging from the general to the more specific.

In a recent letter to the director of TANAPA (Tanzania National Parks), Veronica Roodt (the author of these books) remarks on the future projects. She mentions Lake Manyara, Tarangire, Arusha National Park and Kilimanjaro as some of the more obvious areas to map.

Africa Maps plan to chart some of the lesser-known parks in future to encourage more people to go there as well.
